Hi, I’m Kushal. It’s great to have you here.

I’m an IT Support professional based in Toronto, currently completing my Computer Programming diploma while working as a Digital Solutions Assistant at Uzima Women Relief Group International.

In my current role, I provide hands-on IT support, manage Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain digital systems, and support staff with day-to-day technical needs. I focus on creating stable, secure, and user-friendly systems that improve operational efficiency.

My passion lies in IT support, system administration, and user-focused technology solutions. I enjoy diagnosing issues, optimizing workflows, and helping teams work confidently with technology.
